I had to have a full brachioplasty because I had lost muscle tissue as i aged & it left me with too much loose skin that has nowhere to go, but to be cut off. I also had the extended J-Plasty to tighten the neck and lower face. I think this procedure is ground breaking and well worth the money and I would recommend in lieu of a facelift.
